- I know for a fact that Bell Canada is able to give access to ISDN from
- what they call a CENTREX circuit. The modems attached to these CENTREX
- circuits are CSU's are very akin to standard V.xx modems (e.g. you can hear
- the dial tone and dial an ISDN number) but they are not compatible with
- V.xx.

- They use that setup, for example, when a site is not accessible to ISDN but
- require a connection to an ISDN device located somewhere else.
