  26. I know for a fact that Bell Canada is able to give access to ISDN from 
  27. what they call a CENTREX circuit.  The modems attached to these CENTREX
  28. circuits are CSU's are very akin to standard V.xx modems (e.g. you can hear 
  29. the dial tone and dial an ISDN number) but they are not compatible with 
  30. V.xx.

  32. They use that setup, for example, when a site is not accessible to ISDN but
  33. require a connection to an ISDN device located somewhere else.
